Brief history

Anexium started as a musical project in the latter half of the 1990s by Darren C Shaw. Initially starting in the field of electronica the style gradually changed over the years towards a more textural, less structured format. Anexium has been on hiatus since approximately 2011.
Discography

While the majority of the Anexium work has been released on this website, there have been a couple of tracks and an EP released by other labels.

Firstly there were a couple of tracks on Hippocamp - a Live set, and two tracks on compilations (link & link).

Then there was the EP release on Spunktronics. It was a four-tracker - with the label no longer around the tracks are available to download from here - and received a quite lovely hand written review.

Finally, there was the track (Eanise) on the Winter 2011 Braindance Forum compendium 'Our Marriage is Collapsing' collated by the lovely folks at Bit Phalanx.

Other projects

In addition to the Anexium work, I've also recorded a couple of albums with Russet & Brown and Streams of Her Stomach; performed as part of - and remixed - the Zoo After Hours project; and created a body of work as Gierrofo.

There's been a steadily increasing set of photographic works that have become my main focus over the recent years, together with continuing dabblement with programming and ascii art.

And new for 2015, I'm going to finally get some conent up on the Friend of Future Kings site.
